How do I paste an image here?
Simply click anywhere on this page to focus the browser tab window, and then press **Ctrl+V** (on Windows/Linux) or **Cmd+V** (on macOS). Our built-in event listener will immediately detect the image file inside your operating system's clipboard buffer and display it in the preview panel.
Does this tool support high-resolution Retina screenshots?
Yes, absolutely. The tool reads the exact pixel width and height provided by the browser clipboard data object. If your operating system is using high-DPI scaling (like Apple Retina or Windows 125%+ scaling), the image will be captured at its full un-scaled native resolution.
Can I paste images directly copied from a web browser?
Yes. You can right-click almost any picture on a webpage, select "Copy Image" from the browser context menu, and paste it directly into our workspace.
Why doesn't my pasted text or files work here?
This tool is specifically optimized to listen for visual image data (MIME types starting with `image/`). If you copy standard text, file system paths, or folders, the browser will ignore the event. To convert plain files, use our specialized File to Base64 or general converter pages.
Strict Local Sandboxing: Because all file conversions take place completely inside your local browser memory space, your images are never sent over the internet or stored on a server.
