Overview

Many utilities work locally, while tools that need AI, document conversion, website retrieval, media extraction, or another online service send the necessary input to a server or service when you choose to run them.

Local and Server-Backed Tools

• Local tools: Many text, image, PDF, design, and security operations run in your browser.
• AI tools: Submitted content is sent through our API to OpenAI or AWS Bedrock.
• Document conversion: Uploaded files are deleted after delivery, with a 15-minute fallback cleanup.
• URL and media tools: Submitted URLs may be sent to our API or a named third-party service.

Retention

• URL-video operational logs contain only an origin/domain and operational fields and are retained for 30 days.
• Some AI responses are cached for up to 7 days with a one-way prompt hash.
• Local projects and preferences remain on your device until you delete them.

Cookies and Consent Choices

Google Analytics and Google AdSense may use cookies or similar identifiers. Where shown, Google's consent management platform (CMP) prompt provides regional choices for analytics and advertising storage.

Third-Party Services

Depending on the feature, information may be processed by:

• Cloudflare Turnstile: For bot verification when enabled.
